“William Shakespeare Romeo and Juliet”. In William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, a feud between the Montague and Capulet families disrupts the city of Verona and causes tragic results for Romeo and Juliet. Revenge, love, and a secret marriage force the young star crossed lovers to grow up quickly and fate causes them to commit suicide in despair. The conflicts are running themes throughout Shakespeare's play, Romeo and Juliet one of the Bard's most popular romantic tragedies. Throughout this play does Romeo actually mean his true love for Juliet or is it just some youngful rashful love?
In this play Romeo says to Juliet “Plainly know my heart’s dear love is set on the fair daughter of rich capulet”. This sentence shows how Romeo feels about another girl after Rosaline. Second example from the book “With Rosaline? No.I have forgot that name woe.” This line shows how Romeo “Forgot” about Rosaline but still talks about her and she did not love him back as much as Romeo did to her. Thirdly in lines (2.3.9.3) says “Her I love now doth grace for grace and love for love allow the other did not so”. Romeo is asking for peace even though he is in love with a capulet but hopes to work out. Romeo may seem to be in love with another girl to try to forget about Rosaline since he was heartbroken after they were not together anymore.
To conclude, Romeo is in love with Juliet it’s like love at first sight since the first day he saw her he looked into her and said “She is the one”. It may have been a quick way to meet up but it could be possible to teenagers and actually last but for these teenagers end up in a tragic romantic way that is remembered in many ways of how Romeo and Juliet ended up by the end of this play/book.
